When Must Permit Notices Be Issued in Languages Other Than English?

In some cases, when applying for a permit, you must also publish notice in a language other than English. “Alternative language” is the term used for these notices in Title 30, Texas Administrative Code, Section 39.405  

Commonly, when an alternative language notice is required, the language is Spanish. The following pages include forms with instructions for determining if this requirement applies to the permit you are seeking:
