The facility will serve new school improvements that need to be in operation by mid-August. The proposed permit, if granted, will authorize a daily average flow of 0.008 million gallons per day. The facility will be located at the southwest corner of the intersection of State Highway 7 and Farm-to-Market Road 95, 12.7 miles west of the City of Nacogdoches in Nacogdoches County, Texas.
