Under the permit, the dam would be located in Somervell County about 3.2 miles west/northwest of Glen Rose, Texas. On January 30, 1995, the district court of Travis County, Texas, 98th Judicial District, issued an opinion and order reversing this decision and remanding the case to the Commission for further proceedings consistent with the opinion.
