Controlling VOC Emissions from Transport Vessels
Rules in Title 30, Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 115 for controlling emissions of volatile organic compounds from leaking transport vessels. These rules are part of the State Implementation Plan strategy to meet the National Ambient Air Quality Standard for ozone.

Rule Description
- Applies to tank-truck tanks that are filled with gasoline or non-gasoline VOCs with a true vapor pressure ≥ 0.5 pounds per square inch absolute.
