ED's Response to Hearing Requests on Montgomery Landfill Solutions, L.L.C.
The Executive Director's staff has prepared his "Response to Hearing Requests" regarding the proposed Montgomery Landfill Solutions, L.L.C. landfill. In general, the Executive Director is recommending that the TCEQ Commissioners grant the hearing requests of Montgomery County, Citizens Against the Montgomery Landfill, and residents located within one mile of the proposed site (approximately 200). In addition, the Executive Director recommends referring 27 issues to the State Office of Administrative Hearings.
